When it comes to caring for children during the school holidays, nobody does it better. We set the highest standards so parents only get the best care. We oversee every aspect of camp from carefully selecting and training staff to developing training sessions.
Our camp coaches and key workers bring infectious enthusiasm that’s hard to beat and each staff member goes through a rigorous selection and training process.
We pride ourselves on excellent Customer Service and our friendly team makes the booking experience simple from start to finish. Nothing is more important to us than peace of mind for parents.
Camp arrival is 8.30am for a 9am start time.
Pick up is 3pm prompt.
Extended Day is offered from 3-4pm which can be booked at $50 per week.
Please don’t forget to pack your child’s healthy lunch and water bottle.
When you drop your child off, you’ll need to sign a register and provide details of anyone else who might be collecting them that evening.
If the same person is not collecting in the evening, we will require the name of the person collecting and they will need to provide photographic ID.
If, for any unforeseen circumstances your plans change, we operate a password system to ensure your child’s safety is never compromised.
Every child will benefit from various group activities each day If you’ve got any questions or concerns about these activities please contact us.
We will send you a comprehensive email one week before camp begins. You will also be required to complete a medical form and bring this to camp on the first day. If your child has any allergies, please specify these to our Customer Care Manager at fasttracksummercamp@gmail.com in advance so we can make any necessary arrangements.
If your child hasn’t settled in and is unhappy contact a coach immediately as most issues are instantly resolved. Parent/Guardian queries relating to your child’s camp will only be investigated during a child’s attendance in order for our team to establish accurate reports. Our endeavour will always be to resolve any issues to ensure the experience is successful. Queries raised after the period of attendance will not be investigated if we have not been made aware of these issues during your child’s attendance.
We have trained Designated Safeguarding Leads to provide support at camp.
At Fast Track Summer Camp we encourage openness and expression and we are trained to listen – if children have any concerns about anyone’s safety and well-being in or out of camp, our staff can either help or seek an appropriate route to help them.
